I think I spoke too soon last week when I was complaining about the temperature. . . as this week it got worse. The boys played a total of 3 games in the low-20’s! Even my California kid who would wear shorts and flip-flops year-round if I let him (Lane), got too cold and had to sit in the car. Those hand-warmers can only do so much, but thank goodness Costco sells them in bulk!
Tanner’s team lost their 2 games and are out of the tournament. (Slight sigh of relief from Mom.)
Ian’s team won theirs, in an exciting 2-0 win over the only team that had beaten them all year! The Knights move on to the semi-finals of the City Tournament with a game on Sunday.
