Seattle was hit with an early snowstorm yesterday. The schools let out 2 hours early and by 9 pm we had 6 inches of snow and another day to play. Long gone are the days of sitting by the radio waiting to hear the name of our school district. Now we get automated phone calls and e-mails. But the boys enjoyed some good old-fashioned sledding fun.
I heard on the news that this was Seattle’s earliest snow in 25 years. I think we’re in for a wild winter this year. We’re looking forward to it!
